Reminder – The N.E. Metal and Hardcore Fest is this coming week!

nemf
Well the 17th annual NEMHF is coming to Worcester MA this Friday – Saturday and Sunday. Looks like the scheduled has finally been locked into place and I thought Saturday was the hands down the best day BUT Friday looks equally appealing. Friday’s slate brings in Between the Buried and Me as the headliners, then you have The Red Chord which I thought were dormant seeing all the recent changes in the band including one of them becoming a police officer in the Manchester NH police force! Death Angel, one of my favorite bands is also on the under card and then Corrosion of Conformity. Those bands alone are worth a look at. Saturday is still bringing in the national bands with Testament as the headliner followed by Exodus, and Nuclear Assault. Sunday is for the local folks hoping to hit it big. Amazingly, tickets are still available, including VIP tickets for $85. VIP gets you a meet and greet with the bands. My brother is going so I’ll be sure to get a report from him about the shows.

Yeah, its been a bit. Work has been really busy and I haven’t had too much time to dedicate to music. In fact I haven’t had a moment to really listen to any, I mean ANY music. Ah, it happens, lets see what the next couple of weeks bring. The show for April 4th was dedicated to my wife. It was our anniversary on April 1st. We’ve been together for 15 years and each year just gets better. I’m pretty sure a lot of people cannot say the same. Anyway the music list for the show is below:
